Privacy Policy
No account stands between you and these pages. You can compare full-day Bourbon Trail outings, private distillery charters and single-distillery tastings for hours without a name, an email or a card number ever being requested. This policy covers the small amount of data that browsing does generate, states plainly what we do not collect, and points you to where bookings and payments actually happen: on the live listing pages of the operators themselves.
Information Gathered
Very little, by design. No money moves through this site, so we never see card numbers, billing addresses or the fine print of any reservation, whether you end up on an Evan Williams tasting in Louisville or a ten-hour private small-batch run through the Bluegrass. The main exception is email: write in with a question about a Bardstown food tour or a Buffalo Trace day trip and we keep your address and message just long enough to reply, and no longer. Confirmations, vouchers and refund handling all come from the booking page you leave through.
What We Hold
Two small sets of records, nothing more. The first comes from analytics, which count how many people read about a given tour, say the Mint Julep Louisville run or the NuLu walking and pairing experience, without attaching identities to the numbers. The second records which outbound listings get clicked, which tells us where to add detail next. Beyond that, cookies belong to the analytics tools and, once you follow a link out, to the booking services under their own terms.
Your Choices
Control stays with you. Block or delete cookies in your browser whenever you like, and every page here, from the private-luxury comparisons to the single-distillery write-ups, works the same way. After you follow a listing to book, the operator's own site takes over, with its cookies and its privacy terms. Anything unclear can go to info@kentuckydistillery.tours.
